In the past, and for many years, we offered our own home as Beit Margoa (a house of rest). During COVID, this season came to an end.
Now, after several years, as a congregation and a non-profit organization, we again offer a place for two main people groups in the land:
First, families of patients (for instance, soldiers) who want to be near their loved ones while they undergo treatment at the hospital, but can’t afford to rent a place nearby.
Second, believers who are physically, mentally, or spiritually exhausted need some days of rest.
Houses for Healing, an American ministry, approached us with this project, which has been running for several years in the US and which they first launched in Jerusalem a couple of years ago. With us, they launch another “house” in our region. With their help, we started renting a nicely furnished apartment in a town nearb,y and Beit Margoa is ready for people to sign up.
Besides assisting people in times of need, one of the mission goals is unity in the body of Messiah.
